“BRESAOLA CHIANINA IGP” DRY-CURED CHIANINA BEEF PGI

Bresaola is a typical cured meat from Valtellina in northern Italy. We have decided to make a ‘super Tuscan’ variation, made with verified IGP Chianina meat. This product comes from the fine salt-cured cuts of the Chianina-breed white beef from Central Apennines. It is stuffed in a natural casing and seasoned with our unique Tuscan spice mix, then aged in Pontassieve (Florence) facility.

Suggested use
