Cooked ham is one of those products – and tastes – present in our lives since we are young. Versatile and delicate, it is suitable for various uses. We have decided to propose a “Made in Tuscany” variation, as the ham is entirely made with animals born, raised, and selected in the Tuscan countryside. The ham is seasoned with a mix of natural spices, traditionally cured with saltpeter, and roasted, maintaining the meat quality to give our taste buds a festive feeling.
