“SALAMINO” DRY-CURED SALAMI (500 GR /1 lb)
This is the “extra small” 500gr variation of our Tuscan salami. This product comes from roughly minced premium pork cuts (shoulder, pork belly, and ham trimmings) and added diced pork lard. The seasonings make this slice absolutely unforgettable. Product is aged in our facility of Pontassieve (Florence).
