“SALAMINO” DRY-CURED SALAMI (600 gr/ 1.3 lb)
This is the “small” 600gr variation of our Tuscan salami. This product comes from roughly minced premium pork cuts (shoulder, pork belly, and ham trimmings) with diced pork lard and seasoned with spices. After filling, this product is aged in our facility of Pontassieve (Florence).
