“MILANO” PORK SALAMI (500 gr / 1 lb)
Compared to Tuscan salami, which is more rustic and characterized by wonderfully visible lard, rough mince, and intense spiciness, this classic Italian charcuterie features a delicate flavor and fine mince. We use selected meat of different premium pork cuts (shoulder, pork belly, and ham trimmings) properly seasoned, spiced, and stuffed in an artificial casing. This small-size variation weighs 500gr.
