“NAPOLI” PORK SALAMI (500 gr / 1 lb)
Characterized by chili and spicy high notes, this salami is a classic in Italian charcuterie. The ‘Napoli’ salami is used in various dishes internationally and pizza. We make it with great care for the raw material. The product comes from roughly minced premium pork cuts (shoulder, pork belly, and ham trimmings) with chili and other spicy flavors. We do not use any artificial coloring. Our secret to obtaining its typical fiery red color is the addition of tomato. Small variation weighs 500gr.
