TRUFFLE PORK SALAMI

The product comes from finely minced meat of different premium pork cuts (shoulder, pork belly, and ham trimmings), adequately seasoned and flavored with spices and truffle, then stuffed in an artificial casing dry-cured in our facility of Pontassieve (Florence). This product combines two great traditions of the center of Italy: pork butchery and the art of truffle. The result is a sleek salami featuring an intense aroma. Here it is offered in the 500gr variation, with a slice of 4cm diameter.
