“SALAMINO TOSCANELLO” TUSCAN SALAMI WITH FINELY MINCED PORK
A classic of Italian charcuterie. Characterized by its “XXS” size, this product comes from roughly minced premium pork cuts (shoulder, pork belly, and ham trimmings), seasoned with spices, and stuffed in a natural casing. Unlike typical Tuscan salami, the diced pork lard is not added; hence the slice has a more uniform texture. After filling, this product is aged in our facility of Pontassieve (Florence).
